Master Cleanse Recipe: What You Need and How to Use it

If you’ve made the decision to do the Master Cleanse diet, the next step is to purchase the right ingredients for the recipe. It’s important that these are exactly what is needed, or else you won’t gain all the benefits that can come from the Master  Cleanse. Master Cleanse Recipe

Recipe for an entire day: these are going to be the ingredients that you need:

- 8-16 tablespoons grade B maple syrup
- 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 liters H2O (purified)
- 4 lemons (organic is a great choice if you want to avoid chemicals)

Breaking this down into what you need for one drink:

- 8 ounces purified H2O
- 1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 lemon (should equate to 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice)
- 1-2 tablespoons of pure grade B maple syrup (only use 1 tbsp if you are trying to lose weight)

For the Master diet, all you have to do is mix up this recipe into a glass and consume as soon as you can. The juice from the lemons needs to be used right away because it will have more healthy enzymes and vitamins inside of it. If you juice the lemons or use lemonade from concentrate, you won’t be getting all of those nutrients that are so necessary for your body to rejuvenate itself. So for the recipe, always use fresh lemons and make sure to consume their juice as soon as possible after you mix up all the other ingredients with it.

How Often to Drink the Lemonade

You can have one of these beverages as often as you would like, but the Master Cleanse diet calls for a minimum of 8-12 glasses each and every day. You will continue to do this until you have reached the end of your  journey which could be anywhere from 7-30+ days. If you drink this every few hours you will stay hydrated and you will be able to soothe any hunger pains that you have. The juice does have calories inside of it, which means you won’t be starving yourself and you will be getting nourishment that you need.

Some people make it a habit of drinking a beverage every two hours, but this really depends on what works best for you. It may be hard to consume it so often if you’re really busy or have nowhere to prepare the recipe. In cases like this, there is no harm in  preparing the Master Cleanse Diet recipe ahead of time. Just make sure you have at least the minimum amount so that you are able to get the full benefit.

What Else do You Need?

Although the lemonade is one of the most important parts of the Master Cleanse Diet, the recipe also calls for salt water flush products. These will help clean out your colon, digestive system, kidneys and the rest of your system. Doing so will ensure the nutrients from the lemonade are able to nourish your body without having to go through a bunch of toxins first. To make it easy to understand, salt water flushes clean out your system so you feel lighter and more energetic from the lemonade!

Ingredients for the Master Cleanse salt water flush:

- Uniodized sea salt
- Purified H2O (1 liter in a water bottle)
- Herbal Laxative tea

When you wake in the morning you will need to mix 1 or two teaspoons of the sea salt with the liter of  H2O, but make sure the water is warm so that the salt dissolves. Mix this up or shake it until all the salt is dissolved. After this, drink the entire liter as quickly as you can, as this will reduce the taste you have to experience. Once you are finished you can massage your colon and rest for a little while. Within an hour you should hit the bathroom pretty frequently while your system is clearing itself out. This is a time when you should be staying near a bathroom so that you can get to it when you need to.

When it comes to using the herbal laxative tea, most people drink it every day or every other day. The Master Cleanse diet  program is simply designed to help your body eliminate more toxins from your body. You can do this twice per day, once in the morning and once at night, if you would like. There are a lot of teas you can purchase, just make sure they are specifically made for the laxative effect.

What You Need to Know

This diet is not easy. A lot of people are surprised to realize just how much waste they have in their body. If you are doing the salt water flush it’s extremely important to make sure you avoid physical activity and stay near a bathroom. When your body is eliminating extra waste you will probably go to the bathroom a lot more than you thought you would, especially when you’re first starting the Master Cleanse Diet  journey. Yeah, it’s gross, but it’s really good for you!

- You will not be eating throughout this time on the Master  Cleanse program, so you might want to get rid of all foods from your pantry except for what you need to use. This can help you avoid breaking the cleanse during times when you’re craving something like junk food.

- After a few days of drinking the lemonade your hunger cravings should start to diminish. You will notice that not only are you less hungry; you also don’t crave junk foods like you did before. This is your body getting rid of its dependency on all the sugars and chemicals that are in most processed foods today.

What to Eat When Finished?

When finished with the Master Cleanse, you will need to drink pure orange juice with equal amounts of water diluted into it for the first day. Continue to do this for a few days after, only including broth in on the second and third days. After that, you can add in root vegetables, but you must continue to drink a lot of water. After five days of eating small amounts you can start to incorporate more foods into your diet.

Avoid junk foods, processed foods, sugar and candy at all costs. These can trigger your addiction to unhealthy foods and make your efforts to clean your body gone to waste. Your cravings won’t be as strong as they were before, so if you do want something unhealthy, reach for fruits or vegetables instead.
